Returns & Refunds

30-day returns on every order. If it is not right for your space, send it back within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@embervalehome.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you a return authorization and the correct return address within one business day. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will email you when it is on the way.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email photos to support@embervalehome.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.

12-month warranty

Every Embervale product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by email with photo or video of the issue — most are resolved with a replacement part or unit at no cost.

Exclusions

Items returned without authorization, used items, and items damaged by misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for refund.
