- Large items (fireplaces, fireplace inserts and TV stands) are returned the same way, in their original packaging, with the freight shipment booked and paid by you. Check the dimensions on this page before you order.
- Arrived damaged? Email photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
- A fault later on? The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. The 48-hour window is only for damage in transit; if a fault appears later, email a photo or video of the issue with your order number and we resolve it with a replacement part or unit at no cost.
