Most people buy an electric fireplace TV stand for the fire and then live with the storage, which is the wrong way round — you look at the fire and you use the storage. The cabinet measures 65" across. Open shelving takes the console and the soundbar; the closed cabinets take everything you would rather not look at.
The firebox runs independently of the heater, so the flame is a year-round object rather than a winter one.
Open shelving and closed cabinets means the console absorbs the clutter instead of relocating it.
